党的十四大报告明确提出:“我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,以利于进一步解放和发展生产力。”在这一理论指导下,企业将逐步摆脱以往高度集中的计划经济模式,向以市场为导向的经济体制和运行机制转变。因此,我们必须解放思想,转变观念,重新认识市场对企业发展的作用。市场是企业赖以生存与发展的依托,没有市场,企业的经营就无从谈起。
