集群网络和创新绩效间的关系受到学者的广泛关注,鉴于现有研究的不足,本文将集群网络分为了商业网络和科技网络两个维度,提出8条假设形成自己的概念模型,并通过问卷调查收集数据,运用层级回归分析对假设进行验证,探析了外部市场环境和内部创新策略的调节效应。研究结果表明,商业网络和科技网络均会正向影响集群企业的创新绩效;市场的竞争程度倒U型调节商业网络对创新绩效的影响,且正向调节科技网络和创新绩效间的关系,动荡程度正向调节商业网络和创新绩效间的关系;商业网络和渐进性的创新策略正向交互影响创新绩效,科技网络和突破性的创新策略正向交互影响创新绩效。
The relationship between cluster network and innovation performance is widely concerned by scholars. In view of the lack of existing research, this paper divides cluster network into two dimensions: business network and technology network, proposes eight hypotheses to form its own conceptual model, and through the questionnaire Collecting data, using hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypothesis, to explore the external market environment and the internal innovation of the regulatory effect. The results show that both commercial networks and technological networks will positively affect the innovation performance of cluster enterprises. The degree of competition in the market reverses the impact of commercial networks on innovation performance and positively regulates the relationship between technology networks and innovation performance. The degree positively regulates the relationship between business networks and innovation performance; business networks and incremental innovation strategies are interacting interactively on innovation performance, science and technology networks and groundbreaking innovation strategies interact positively on innovation performance.
