本文介绍用降压西药和降压西药加中药治疗两组原发性高血压患者。经过一年治疗,两组平均动脉压均有显著性下降。各项实验室指标见到心输出量呈显著性升高,总周围血管阻力下降在中西药组明显.超声心动图六项指标检查,西药组五项指标有显著性改善,中西药组六项指标均有改善。中西药组的左心室心肌重量指数比较西药组有更显著的下降。作者结合中药滋阴潜阳方的实验研究结果认为,在降压西药复方可乐定对高血压患者发挥有益效应的基础上,中药能进一步改善高血压性心脏的大小、结构和功能。
This article describes the use of antihypertensive Western medicine and antihypertensive Western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment of two groups of patients with essential hypertension. Western medicine group of left ventricular myocardial mass index compared with Western medicine group had a more significant decline. Based on the experimental results of traditional Chinese medicine Ziyinqianyang prescription, the author believes that traditional Chinese medicine can further improve the size, structure and function of hypertensive heart on the basis that antihypertensive western medicine compound clonidine exerts beneficial effect on patients with hypertension.
