通过金相、硬度、X射线结构分析、电子探针、耐磨、热疲劳及脆性试验等方法,讨论了5CrNiMo钢的固体铬锰共渗工艺,分析了在不同温度,不同时间的共渗对渗层深度、硬度、耐磨、热疲劳及脆性的影响。结果表明,5CrNiMo钢进行固体铬锰共渗后能获得一定的渗层,该渗层硬度高而脆性小,可有效地提高耐磨及耐热疲劳性能。目前,固体铬锰共渗剂已应用于热作模具,使用寿命提高1.5~2倍。
The solid chromium-manganese co-permeation process of 5CrNiMo steel was discussed by means of metallography, hardness, X-ray structure analysis, electron probe, wear resistance, thermal fatigue and brittleness test. The effects of co-infiltration at different temperatures and times Penetration layer depth, hardness, wear resistance, thermal fatigue and brittleness. The results show that 5CrNiMo steel can obtain a certain infiltration layer after being solidified with chromium-manganese alloy. The infiltrated layer has high hardness and low brittleness, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. At present, the solid chromium-manganese infiltration agent has been applied to hot die, the service life increased by 1.5 to 2 times.
