中央书记处对北京市工作方针提出四项建议以后,极大地推动了城市规划和城市建设工作。长期以来,被“左”倾思想损害,被“四人帮”搞乱了的这一战线,正面临着第二个春天。看来,要不要城市规划的问题已经解决或者很快就要解决了,面对我们的将是规划工作怎么搞好的问题。新的形势要求我们针对新情况,总结经验,提高规划设计水平,建设具有我国自己特点的现代化的社会主义城市。
After the Central Secretariat had proposed four suggestions on the working principle of Beijing, it has greatly promoted urban planning and urban construction. For a long time, this front, which was damaged by “Left” inclination and was disrupted by the “Gang of Four,” is facing the second spring.
