大力推进信息化是人类社会经济发展的心然方向,是全面建设小康社会实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略抉择,也是我国信息产业持续繁荣的根本出路。积极推进信息化是我国信息通信业的光荣使命和厚重责任,经过近几年的不断发展和深度调整,我国推进信息化的基础条件,基础设施和基础动力,都发生了深刻的变化,我们坚信中国推进信息化的事业方向正确、前景广阔。但是我们又要看到在经历了互联网大起大落后的今天,推进信息化也面临着许多现实问题,需要我们在实践中摸准脉搏,积极应对。

It is also the fundamental solution to the continued prosperity of the information industry in our country. Active promotion of informationization is a glorious mission and heavy responsibility for the information and communication industry in our country. After several years of continuous development and in-depth adjustment, profound changes have taken place in China’s basic conditions, infrastructures and basic motivation for promoting informatization. We firmly believe that The cause of promoting informationization in China is in the right direction with a bright future. However, we must also see that after experiencing the great ups and downs of the Internet, promoting informatization is also facing many realistic problems.
