工程实践能力是机械类大学生适应机械制造业市场需求的重要标志,创新能力是21世纪人才的核心竞争力。高等学校实践教学在人才培养方面起着重要作用,实践教学是培养学生工程实践和创新能力的重要手段。如何加强教学改革,并积极探索机械类大学生综合素质培养的途径,是机械专业人才培养和适应创新型国家发展的迫切需要,是实现我国由机械制造业大国向机械制造业强国转变的必然要求。
Engineering practice ability is an important symbol of mechanical college students to adapt to the needs of the market of machinery manufacturing industry, innovation ability is the core competitiveness of talents in the 21st century. Practical teaching in colleges and universities plays an important role in personnel training. Practical teaching is an important means of training students in engineering practice and innovation. How to strengthen the teaching reform and actively explore ways to cultivate the overall quality of the mechanical undergraduates are the urgent needs of the mechanical professionals in adapting to the development of an innovative country and the inevitable requirement for our country to make the transition from a big machinery manufacturing country to a powerful country in the machinery manufacturing industry.
