创新趋动发展,服务创造价值。油田加油站是储运销售分公司的服务窗口,必须要重视服务工作,因为它卖的不仅是产品,更是一种热情周到的服务。如何能提高加油站的服务质量,增强员工的主动服务意识,让员工都能用真心为用户服务,心甘情愿地为用户服务,让被动服务变为主动服务,这是我们要抓的主要工作。要让员工把加油站当作自己的“家”一样,加油站是我家,来到我家的都是客,都是亲朋好友,有了这种思想,那么我们的员工说话的口气就会和蔼可亲,就能让用户满意,以达到提升加油站服务质量的目的。
Innovation and development, service and create value. Oilfield gas station is the storage and sales branch of the service window, we must pay attention to service work, because it is not only selling products, but also a warm and thoughtful service. How can we improve the service quality of gas stations, enhance employees’ awareness of active service so that employees can really serve users and willingly serve their users, so that passive service can become an active service. This is the major task we should focus on. To let employees regard their gas station as their “home”, the gas station is my home and all the customers coming to my house are friends and relatives. With this thinking, the tone of our staff will be Affable, we can make users satisfied, in order to achieve the purpose of improving gas station service quality.
