在工程项目管理教学和实践过程中,主要基于项目整体角度,实施项目进度、成本、质量等要素的管理和统筹。随着工程项目规模越来越大、复杂程度越来越高,有效地将项目划分为若干个子项目,并进行项目集成管理日渐重要。从研究背景、子项目划分、子项目集成管理与价值创造四个方面,探讨子项目集成管理在建设工程项目中的应用,以促进项目成功。
In the course of teaching and practice of project management, the management and co-ordination of project progress, cost, quality and other factors are mainly based on the overall project perspective. As the project size is getting bigger and bigger and the complexity is getting higher and higher, it is increasingly important to divide the project into several sub-projects effectively and integrate project management. From the research background, sub-project division, sub-project integration management and value creation, this paper discusses the application of sub-project integrated management in construction project to promote the project’s success.
