我厂职工吸取了拉林建材厂的先进经验,结合我厂制瓦车间现有干燥室的具体情况,将干燥室原有的四个外大灶改建成四个单洞窑,经过试验效果良好. 我厂现有的一座晾瓦干燥室,全部面积为400平方米,有效面积为336平方米,设有砖砌烟囱四个,烟囱高8米,上下口内径约0.2米(由6寸内径的粗粘土管外部用砖砌成),有四个外大灶,每个外大灶有两个进烟孔,孔高40厘米,宽24厘米,
The employees of our factory have learned the advanced experience of Lalin Building Materials Factory and combined with the actual conditions of the existing drying room in our factory’s tile making workshop, the former four external large stoves in the drying room were rebuilt into four single-hole kiln. Our factory has an existing drying tile drying room with an area of 400 square meters and an effective area of 336 square meters. There are four brick chimneys, the chimney is 8 meters high, and the upper and lower ports have an inner diameter of about 0.2 meters (6 inches inside diameter). The exterior of the coarse clay pipe is made of bricks. There are four external large stoves. Each external stove has two inlet holes. The holes are 40 cm high and 24 cm wide.
