文章指出 ,四川旅游资源丰富 ,品位高 ,发展潜力大 ,市场前景好 ,在全省国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。借鉴云南省的经验 ,四川加快旅游业的发展 ,一要强化全社会对旅游支柱产业的认识 ,提高相关产业的参与度 ;二要完善旅游管理体制 ,严格全行业管理 ;三要加快交通、通讯等基础设施的建设 ;四要加大资金投入力度 ,建立多渠道投融资体系 ;五要加快营销策划 ,加大宣传促销力度 ;六要注重生态环境的保护与利用 ,实现资源可持续发展 ;七要强化旅游教育和培训 ,提高从业人员的综合素质。
