采用三维有限元方法,应用ANSYS程序对小湾拱坝放空底孔预应力闸墩进行了空间应力与变形计算,并详细探讨了预应力的模拟方法,对3种不同方法的优缺点进行了对比评价.根据计算结果,对比分析了多个设计工况下闸墩结构的变形、应力分布规律,评价了预应力锚索的预压效果.在此基础上,取闸墩结构特征点的第一主应力作为优化变量,对预应力锚索设计吨位和布置方案进行了敏感性分析,得出了预应力锚索布置的优化方案.全部研究成果为小湾拱坝施工设计详图所采用.
The three-dimensional finite element method is used to calculate the space stress and deformation of the prestressed pier at the bottom of the Xiaowan arch dam with ANSYS program. The prestressing simulation method is discussed in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three different methods are compared Based on the calculation results, the deformation and stress distribution of the pier structure under several design conditions are comparatively analyzed, and the preloading effect of prestressed anchor cable is evaluated.On this basis, taking the first Main stress as optimization variable, the sensitivity of prestressed anchor cable design tonnage and arrangement scheme was analyzed, and the optimal scheme of prestressed anchor cable arrangement was obtained. All the research results were used in the construction design detail of Xiaowan arch dam.
