目的:反映本市二甲医院抗感染药的使用情况及其发展趋势,为制定二甲医院合理使用抗感染药规范化管理方案提供基础资料。方法:收集了白银市区3所二甲医院抗感染药使用数据及金额,进行分类、统计、分析。结果:白银市区二甲医院抗感染药使用没有一定的规律性,高档抗感染药使用不多。结论:白银市区二甲医院抗感染药使用基本合理,但也不排除药物滥用及应用不足的可能。
Objective: To reflect the use situation and development trend of anti-infectives in the two hospitals in the city and provide basic information for the development of the standardized management plan for rational use of anti-infectives in the two hospitals. Methods: The data and the amounts of anti-infectives collected from the three second-rate hospitals in Baiyin City were collected, classified, analyzed and analyzed. Results: There was no certain regularity in the use of anti-infectives in the Second Hospital of Baiyin City, and the use of high-grade anti-infectives was limited. Conclusion: The use of anti-infectives in the Second Hospital of Baiyin City is basically reasonable, but it is not ruled out the possibility of drug abuse and inadequate application.
