我国是农业大国,长期以来都对农村改革工作十分的重视,特别是实行社会主义新农村建设以来,我国的广大农村发生了巨大的变化,农民的生活水平也有了显著的提高。而在新农村建设中对农村进行合理的规划是进行进一步建设的基础,将测量技术应用于新农村建设规划中,可以更好的完成相关的规划工作。本文中在规划问题的基础上对测量的特点及应注意的问题等进行了详细的分析及探讨,希望能够为新农村规划测量工作提供帮助。
China is a big country in agriculture and has long attached great importance to rural reform work. In particular, since the implementation of the construction of a new socialist countryside, vast rural areas in China have undergone tremendous changes and the living standard of peasants has also been significantly improved. The rational planning of rural areas in the construction of new rural areas is the basis for further construction. Applying measurement techniques to the planning of new rural construction can better accomplish related planning work. In this paper, based on the planning problems, the characteristics of measurement and the problems that should be paid attention to are analyzed and discussed in detail. It is hoped that this will provide help for the planning and measurement of new countryside.
