二氧化硫在Euvitis杂种葡萄果实长期冷藏中的应用

1982年,八个Euvitis葡萄品系(2个栽培种和6个选择的品系)在0°±0.5℃、无SO_2发生器条件下分别贮藏4、6、7和8周;而在有SO_2发生器的,以聚乙烯薄膜为衬里的起皱迭嵌的5.7升卡纸板船运箱里,分别贮藏4、8、12,16和20周.从浆果外观看,无SO_2贮藏4周后的葡萄比SO_2贮藏8周后的葡萄要差.用SO_2处理贮藏16周后,8个品系中有4个其外观仍与贮藏前具有同一等级.总的来说,无SO_2处理条件下浆果风味可以保留7周多;而用SO_2处理的可以保留12周多.无SO_2~-处理的,在贮藏8周期间,8个品系中有6个烂果达23~60%;相比之下,有SO_2处理,贮藏16周烂果仅3%或更少.由SO_2引起的药害为0~59%.但引起浆果风味及外观变差其程度上超出保鲜要求的仅有两例.在SO_2处理条件下,8个品系贮藏12周后,浆果还很好;据评定Suffold Red品系较为突出,加SO_2贮藏20周后,浆果外观及浆果风味与贮藏前一样,烂果仅3.5%.
