翻开任何国家、任何时期的国情调查、综合国力报告或国民经济规划,有两项指标无时无刻不占据着显赫的地位——交通和能源。个中原因不言自明,能源和交通是国民经济最重要的基础设施,是一个国家经济腾飞的翅膀。其中,公路运输作为一种快捷灵活的运输方式,在经济运作节奏日趋加快的现代社会中,已经成为交通业的顶梁柱,受到世界各国的青睐。“要想富,先修路”,这是近年来流传于中国社会的一句口头禅,也是中国老百姓对于公路的朴实理解。公路,抒写着浪漫,联结着梦想,无论是透过政府的视角还是穿越百姓的目光,公路都显示着沉甸甸的份量,闪出了黄金般的价值。
