应用流式细胞仪（ｆｌｏｗｃｙｔｏｍｅｔｒｙ，ＦＣＭ）结合单克隆抗体对１３例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者治疗前外周血自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）进行测定。结果表明：ＭＤＳ患者ＮＫＣ绝对数量减少，介于急性白血症和特发性血小板减少性紫瘢（ＩＴＰ）之间。提示：ＮＫＣ数量的测定有助于对ＭＤＳ的签别；有助于了解ＭＤＳ向白血病转变时的变化。
The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (NKCs) of 13 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were measured by flow cytometry (FCM) combined with monoclonal antibody. The results showed that the absolute number of NKCs in patients with MDS decreased between acute leukemia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Tip: Measuring the number of NKCs helps to sign the MDS; helps to understand the changes in the MDS to leukemia.
