膀胱软结石非常罕见,国内尚未见报导。国外有关软结石的文献报告也很少。日本文献到1682年为止,膀胱软结石总共不过10例。本院发现1例61岁男性患者,膀胱乳头状癌电烙切除后3个月开始感到尿频尿痛及排尿困难,症状连续6个月入院检查。尿常规脓球册,尿培养变形杆菌生长,腹平片示膀胱区有团状密度不均阴影,疑有异物。乃行膀胱手术检查发现膀胱内几中塞满一灰白色圆团状软异物,表面光滑,约10×8×5cm大小,取出后切开可见分层状,未有任何实性异物。病理检查,结构不清,有钙盐沉着。手术后痊愈出院。
