本文对94例接铅作业工人(接铅组)和31例非毒物接触的健康工人(对照组)NCV 测定发现:接铅组正中神经SCV 和MCV 较对照组明显减慢。NCV 异常检出率与尿铅水平和空气铅浓度有一定关系。在尿铅含量不高或接铅浓度并未超过国家标准的铅作业工人中,NCV 测定己有22.4%和13.5%显示异常。结果表明:NCV 的改变明显早于慢性铅中毒临床症状的出现;NCV 的测定对于慢性铅中毒的诊断具有一定意义。
In this study, 94 NCI workers (lead group) and 31 non-toxic health workers (control group) NCV test found: SCAD and MCV in the lead group were significantly lower than the control group. The detection rate of NCV anomalies is related to the level of lead in urine and air lead concentration. Among lead workers exposed to low levels of lead or having lead concentrations not exceeding the national standard, 22.4% and 13.5% of NCV tests showed abnormalities. The results showed that the change of NCV was earlier than the clinical symptoms of chronic lead poisoning. The determination of NCV was of significance for the diagnosis of chronic lead poisoning.
