市场与国际接轨、竞争与国际接轨,走进国际市场参与国际竞争的施工企业是否应考虑岗位设置的国际接轨?中国中铁三局承建的马来西亚沙巴铁路更新改造工程涉及的工作面较广,工作内容较多,各专业的工艺复杂。在施工期间包括轨道以及系统分包商等多家分包商同时施工,不免出现施工活动前后衔接、施工场地相互交接、施工活动相互干扰等情况。本文从现场经理的角度,以现场实际发生的具体问题为范例,探讨国际工程施工管理中现场经理所扮演的角色。
