协调控制问题是多对象实时过程控制中的一个重要课题。本文利用状态观测器理论和模型参考方法,对于多电机拖动大系统,提出了一种简单的协调控制算法。在多电机作为动力源的拖动大系统中,工艺上往往要求各台电动机输出按给定的关系协调运行。然而,由于负载等各种扰动的影响,系统的状态和参数将会发生变化,结破坏了系统的协调性。为了改善拖动大系统的协调性,本文提出了一种模型参考协调控制系统。构造的基本凉理是,引入一个参考模型作为拖动大系统的主系统,而所有各台电机调速系统作为参考模型的状态观测器,称之为子系统。这样,通过保证各子系统输出y_(pi)与参考模型输出y_m同步,实现了
Coordinated control of multi-object real-time process control is an important issue. In this paper, using state observer theory and model reference method, a simple coordinated control algorithm is proposed for multi-motor driven large-scale system. In the multi-motor as a power source dragging large system, the process often requires that the motor output coordinated by a given relationship to run. However, due to various disturbances such as load, the status and parameters of the system will change and the system’s coordination will be damaged. In order to improve the coordination of dragging large system, this paper presents a model reference coordination control system.
