日前,黑龙江省科协发动18个省级学会的40多位专家学者,举办了“科技防灾、减灾对策研讨会”。在专家深入研讨的基础上,形成了《今冬明春科技减灾的若干对策建议》,呈送省委、省政府作为科学决策的参考。
Recently, Heilongjiang Association of Science and Technology launched 18 provincial-level institutes of more than 40 experts and scholars held a “science and technology disaster prevention and mitigation measures seminar.” On the basis of in-depth discussions by experts, a series of “Suggestions on Some Measures for Science and Technology Disaster Reduction in Winter and Winter this Winter and Winter” were submitted to the provincial party committee and government for reference in scientific decision-making.
