《行政强制法》的实施对价格行政执法提出了更高的要求,价格执法工作也因此面临严峻的挑战。作为价格执法机关,必须更新执法理念,严格《行政强制法》实施的监督,并及时做好现行行政强制事项的清理和厘定工作。
The enforcement of the “Administrative Enforcement Law” put forward higher requirements on the administrative law enforcement of prices and the price enforcement has therefore also faced severe challenges. As a price law enforcement organ, we must update the concept of law enforcement and strictly supervise the implementation of the “Administrative Enforcement Law” and do a good job of clearing and finalizing the current administrative compulsory issues in a timely manner.
