我院1988年收治三氯杀螨醇中毒4例,女3男1,年龄19～62岁,均为口服,现报告如下:病例女,19岁,因生气自服杀螨醇原液100ml,服后1小时送来急诊。头晕、恶心呕吐、无力、头面部多汗、口吐白沫。尿糖(+),镜检脓球少许余正常.ECG 示 T_I,avh 倒置。入院立即给予温开水洗胃,硫酸镁导泻,吸氧,静滴大量 Vitc。输液补钾,肝太乐,速尿,预防感染及对症治疗,次日症状基本消失。三天后复查心电图正常痊愈出院。

Infusion potassium, liver too happy, furosemide, infection prevention and symptomatic treatment, symptoms disappeared the next day. Three days after the review of normal ECG was discharged.
