目的 观察玻璃体切除术治疗眼内异物伤的疗效。方法 对行玻璃体切除术联合眼内异物摘出的 17例 (2 1只眼 )患者进行回顾性分析。结果 眼内异物摘出率为 (10 0 % )。术后视力提高者 14只眼 (6 6 .7% ) ,不变 5只眼 (2 3.8% ) ,下降 2只眼 (9.5 % )。主要并发症为出血和视网膜脱离。随访 6～ 2 0个月。结论 通过玻璃体切除术眼内异物摘出率高 ,术后视力恢复佳
Objective To observe the curative effect of vitrectomy on intraocular foreign body injury. Methods A total of 17 patients (21 eyes) with vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign bodies were retrospectively analyzed. Results The rate of extraction of intraocular foreign body was (100%). Postoperative visual acuity in 14 eyes (66.7%), unchanged in 5 eyes (2.38%), decreased in 2 eyes (9.5%). The main complication is bleeding and retinal detachment. Follow-up 6 ~ 20 months. Conclusion Through vitrectomy intraocular foreign body extraction rate is high, good visual acuity after surgery
