大连东北亚国际航运中心是集聚各种航运要素的东北亚国际经济中心。本文研究大连东北亚国际航运中心的发展思路,提出其国际运输与物流功能、国际商品贸易功能、国际信息交换功能等八大功能。最后提出大连东北亚国际航运中心建设的措施建议,为航运中心的发展提供参考。
Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center is a collection of various elements of shipping in Northeast Asia International Economic Center. This paper studies the development ideas of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center and proposes its eight functions of international transportation and logistics functions, international commodity trade functions and international information exchange functions. At last, it puts forward the suggestion on the construction of Dalian International Shipping Center in Northeast Asia, which provides a reference for the development of the shipping center.
