目的:对中药材当归提取物抗皮肤衰老以及美白功效的研究,探究其是否具有美容效果。方法:选取100只实验小鼠作为研究对象,将其分为对照组以及实验组,每组50只实验小鼠。首先从当归中获取提取物,并对其进行自由基清除处理,采用其中的亚铁离子络合以及酪氨酸酶活性抑制剂作为效果研究溶液(以下简称酪氨酸酶溶液)。采用提取物对实验组小鼠进行体外实验;对照组小鼠采用等量磷酸缓冲液作为对照实验。结果:经过1周的跟踪调查,采用酪氨酸酶溶液的实验组自由基清除率明显高于对照组,并且酪氨酸酶抑制率达到24%;对照组并无酪氨酸酶抑制效果。结论:中药材当归提取具有良好的抗皮肤衰老以及美白的双重效果,能够作为美容以及抗衰老保养品的天然提取物。
Objective: To study the anti-skin aging and whitening effect of Angelica Sinensis (Angelica sinensis) extract, and explore whether it has cosmetic effect. Methods: 100 experimental mice were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group with 50 experimental mice in each group. First extract from Angelica sinensis, and its free radical scavenging treatment, using ferrous ion complexation and tyrosinase activity inhibitor as an effect research solution (hereinafter referred to as tyrosinase solution). In vitro experiments were carried out on the mice in the experimental group by using the extract. The control group mice were treated with the same amount of phosphate buffer as the control experiment. Results: After 1 week of follow-up investigation, the clearance rate of tyrosinase in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the tyrosinase inhibition rate reached 24%. The control group had no tyrosinase inhibition effect. Conclusion: Angelica sinensis extract has good anti-skin aging and whitening double effect, can be used as beauty and anti-aging skin care products, natural extracts.
