通过改变PLC控制的等离子喷涂工艺参数,研究了喷涂电流、电压、氩气流量和喷涂距离对Cr2O3涂层磨损性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,Cr2O3粉末喷涂的最佳电流、氩气流量、电压和喷涂距离分别为450 A、45 L/min、60 V和90 mm。纳米级Cr2O3涂层形成了片状组织和纳米颗粒的混合结构,有利于涂层耐磨性和韧性的提高。
The influence of spraying current, voltage, argon flow rate and spray distance on the wear properties and microstructure of Cr2O3 coating was studied by changing the parameters of plasma spray process controlled by PLC. The results show that the optimum current, argon flow rate, voltage and spray distance for Cr2O3 powder coating are 450 A, 45 L / min, 60 V and 90 mm, respectively. The nano-scale Cr2O3 coating forms a mixed structure of flake-like structure and nano-particles, which is beneficial to the improvement of abrasion resistance and toughness of the coating.
