连续2年多点试验表明:脱毒甘薯通过一系列的高产栽培技术措施,可使其667平方米增产800公斤以上,平均增产63.7%,出粉率提高2.9%。其栽培技术如下: 1.实行一次性施肥 小麦播种时,除给小麦施足底肥外,667平方米再给脱毒甘薯增施有机肥2~3立方米、过磷酸钙40公斤、硫酸钾15公斤,同小麦底肥一同施入,小麦底肥足,苗期苗壮,为丰收奠定了基础,而脱毒甘薯利用剩余肥力,壮而不疯长。地下虫害减少,薯块虫眼率下降80%~90%。试验表明,推行一次性施肥法人麦增产15%~30%,甘薯增产25%左右。
