本文针对核心力量在仰泳运动训练中的作用、与传统力量训练的关系及注意事项进行了探讨。其目的在于针对仰泳技术的特征,加强仰泳运动员核心力量的要求,有效地提高运动员专项运动能力,来求得最佳的训练效果,为仰泳运动员力量素质训练拓宽思路并提供参考和指导价值。
In this paper, the core forces in backstroke training in the role of traditional strength training and the matters needing attention were discussed. The purpose of this paper is to broaden the train of thought and provide reference and guidance value for the backstroke athlete’s strength training according to the characteristics of backstroke technique, strengthen the core strength of backstroke athletes, effectively improve the athlete’s special athletic ability, and obtain the best training effect.
