长期以来,学者们一再试图弄清市场经济周期性波动的原因。这种周期波动的表现形式和因果关系不是不可知的。但是,随着时间的推移,这种关系变得越来越复杂,并具有了反映社会生产力和各国及各类国家社会经济形势的一些新特点。因此,当前的每一个周期阶段既是以前各周期阶段合乎逻辑的继续,又对各国周期有规律地合并为世界周期的过程作出了自己的贡献。
For a long time, scholars have repeatedly tried to find out the reasons for the cyclical fluctuations in the market economy. The manifestation and causal relationship of such cyclical fluctuations are not unknown. However, with the passage of time, the relationship has become more and more complicated and has taken on some new features reflecting the social productivity and the socio-economic situation of various countries and various countries. Therefore, each of the current phases of the current cycle is both a logical continuation of previous cycles and a contribution to the process by which countries periodically merge into cycles of the world.
