各位领导、各位代表:本届协会财务工作在省住房城乡建设厅和省民政厅的领导下,在全体会员单位的积极配合下,紧紧围绕协会中心工作,严格执行国家、省财务管理法规、制度、政策,做到“节约使用、量力而行”和“统一领导、统一管理”。刚刚完成的换届财务审计工作认为:本届协会财务管理工作建立健全并能够有效控制实施,自2007年1月-2011年12月期间,资产负债比较平稳,完成了资产的保值增值。
Dear Leaders and Deputies: With the active cooperation of all the member units, under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the financial work of this association closely follows the work of the association’s center, strictly implements the state and provincial financial management laws and regulations, System, policy, so that “saving, using skills ” and “unified leadership, unified management ”. The newly completed financial audit concluded that the financial management of the association was well established and effectively controlled. From January 2007 to December 2011, the assets and liabilities of the association were relatively stable and the value retention and appreciation of assets was completed.
