Doing well the work of veteran party members and veteran cadres is an unshirkable responsibility of party organizations at all levels. The specific task of retiring the veteran cadres’ party branches is to fully care for the elder party members and veteran cadres politically, ideologically and in their daily lives so that they will be physically and mentally sound and exert their residual heat.
