经过10年的经济体制改革,我们已经越来越清楚地认识到,我国社会主义的公有制经济可以有多种多样的经营形式,企业承包经营责任制,就正是在有计划的商品经济中公有制的经营形式之一。不论什么形式,就它们都是公有制这一根本制度下所派生的产物来说,如果其实质是一样的话,但由于其表现形式不同,他们所反映出来的特征也是不一样的。为此,要正确地认识和采用科学的态度对待企业承包经营责任制,就必须了解它所具有的一系列特征。为此,本文试图对此进行一些探索。
