由于供水系统具有非线性﹑时滞性等特点,常规PID控制不能确保良好的供水质量,介绍了一种基于模糊-PID控制思想的恒压供水系统的设计。该系统将模糊控制技术应用于传统的PID控制恒压供水系统改造中,使得控制系统能够更好地克服供水系统中存在的非线性和时滞性等问题,同时获得了良好的瞬态响应和稳态精度。通过近0.5 a的试运行,该系统运行状况良好,供水质量显著提高。
Because of the non-linear and time-lag nature of water supply system, conventional PID control can not ensure good water quality. A design of constant pressure water supply system based on Fuzzy-PID control is introduced. The system applies the fuzzy control technology to the traditional PID control constant pressure water supply system reconstruction, which makes the control system can better overcome the non-linear and time-lag problems in the water supply system and obtains good transient response and Steady state accuracy. After nearly 0.5 years of trial operation, the system is in good condition with a significant improvement in water quality.
