多虑平属三环类抗忧郁药,过去主要用于各类忧郁症和神经官能症,近年来临床又有新用途。1 治疗消化性溃疡 实验证明多虑平具有抗酸、保护胃粘膜及中枢调节等作用。杨昭徐等取86例经胃镜检查确诊的活动性十二指肠溃疡(77例)与胃溃疡(9例)随机分为两组,分别服用多虑平(62.5mg/d)及安慰剂,双盲对照。4周疗程结束后胃镜复查,多虑平组与安慰剂组溃疡愈合率分别为76％和42.5％,差异显著(P<0.01)。作者认为多虑平对消化性溃疡近期疗效好,副作用轻微,价格低廉。
