着眼长远,立足现在上海市进才中学校长王从连——迈好新一轮发展关键的第一步2007年是进才中学新一轮十年发展的第一年。迈好关键第一步,对于学校今后十年发展十分重要。学校启动了2007～2010年新三年发展规划的制订工作。新规划的重点将在教师教育与培养、学生的创新精神和实践能力培养、IB(国际文凭)学校实施项目督导和学校文化建设等方面。当前,进才中学的发展进入了一个新阶段。新阶段的一个重要含义就是要用创新思路和举措去解决学生、教师、学校发展中存在的问题。在具体实施中,我们以“四个依托”,努力实现“四个突破”,即以社会实践课程管理为依托,取
With a long-term perspective, Wang Conglian, who is now heading the school at Shanghai Caicai Middle School, will be the first step in a new round of development. 2007 is the first year of the new round of development of Jincai Middle School. A key first step is to make progress in the development of the school for the next 10 years. The school initiated the development of a new three-year development plan from 2007 to 2010. The new plan will focus on teacher education and training, students’ innovative spirit and practical ability development, IB (International Diploma) school implementation project supervision, and school culture construction. At present, the development of Jincai Middle School has entered a new stage. An important implication of the new stage is to use innovative ideas and initiatives to solve problems in students, teachers, and school development. In the specific implementation, we have endeavored to achieve “four breakthroughs” with the “four supports,” which is based on the management of social practice courses.
