本文在苏联В.М.Ксбан教授所建立的加工裕量理论的基础上对下列问题作了若干补充和发展:按调正法加工时加工前后的尺寸关系;空间偏差的内容和计量基础;安装误差的计量;单边加工与双边加工裕量组成因素的差别;复杂另件加工工序尺寸的计算;测量基准与安装基准相重与否对工序尺寸计算的影响。在此基础上提出了新的计算裕量的基本公式,并使裕量组成因素的概念更加确切。此外,文中提出的复杂另件工序尺寸的计算对克服目前一般工厂中在加工该类另件时经常发生的裕量过大或不足的现象,提供了有效的方法。按文中介绍的公式进行具体计算时,В.М.Ксбан教授所推荐的大量的裕量因素统计数据仍然适用。
Based on the theory of machining allowance established by Professor В.М.Ксбан in the Soviet Union, the paper supplements and develops the following questions: the size relationship before and after machining according to the adjustment method; the content and measurement basis of the space deviation; the installation error The difference between unilateral and bilateral processing margins; the calculation of the size of complex parts; the influence of the measurement standard and the installation standard on the calculation of the dimension of the process. On this basis, a new basic formula for calculating margin is proposed, and the concept of margin component is more exact. In addition, the calculation of the complicated work piece size proposed in the article provides an effective way to overcome the over or under-margin frequently occurring in the general factory when processing such kind of work piece. When calculating concretely according to the formulas presented in the article, a large amount of headcount statistics recommended by Professor В.М.Ксбан still apply.
