法院司法警察是法院依照法律建立、并由法院直接领导和管理的一支武装司法警察队伍,是法院执法办案的一支不可或缺的力量。文章从加强司法警察建设的意义入手,着重对加强司法警察建设过程中所遇到的问题以及解决问题的方法和途径加以论述,以期为法院司法文明、高效审判工作提供有力的警务保障。
The judicial police of the court is an armed judicial police force established by the court in accordance with the law and directly led and administered by the court. It is an indispensable force in the law enforcement by the court. Starting from the significance of strengthening the construction of judicial police, the article focuses on the problems encountered in the process of building the judicial police and the ways and means of solving the problems, with a view to providing strong policing support for the judicial civilization and efficient trial.
