铜(Ⅱ)在0.1mol/LHAc—NaAc、2.0×10~(-4)mol/L铜铁试剂溶液(pH5.0)中,出现一良好的示波极谱导数图,Ep=-0.25V(vs.SCE),ip’与Ccu在5.0×10~(-8)~5.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内成线性关系.用直线法测得.络合物的络合比为Cu(Ⅱ):Cup=1:1,表观稳定常数β=2.8×10~5.用线性扫描和循环伏安法等研究该波的性质及反应机理.实验表明该波为络合吸附波.
A good oscillopolarographic derivative of copper (Ⅱ) appeared in 0.1 mol / L HAc-NaAc and 2.0 × 10 -4 mol / L copper-iron reagent solution (pH 5.0) (vs.SCE), and the linear relationship between ip ’and Ccu in the range of 5.0 × 10 -8 ~ 5.0 × 10 -6 mol / L was obtained. The complex ratio Cu (Ⅱ): Cup = 1: 1, apparent stability constant β = 2.8 × 10-5.The properties of the wave and its reaction mechanism were studied by linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry.The experimental results show that the wave is the complex adsorption wave.
