近年来农业生产上,特别是在杂交水稻的生产上,赤霉素的应用已成为增产的重要和必要措施。但自六十年代以来,国内赤霉素(Gibberellins,GAs)生产的菌种(GibberelIa fujikuroi)在产量上一直处于较低的水平,高产菌株的筛选育一种直无重大突破,因此培育筛选高产的赤霉菌株,已是生产上需要迫切解决的问题。过去在菌种产量上未有突破的原因,一方面可能是该菌种的育种难度大、而创造和积累有利变异的手段较落后;另一方面筛选方法极 In recent years, agricultural production, especially in the production of hybrid rice, gibberellin application has become an important and necessary measures to increase production.
