病例报告张××,女,12岁.肥西县人。于1984年3月8日入某院儿科后转入传染病科。主诉:右眼肿痛伴发热4天,抽搐3小时.现病史:入院前4天,无外伤及其它诱因突发右眼红肿痛及发热,体温38～39℃.并诉全身皮肤瘙痒.当地医生疑皮炎肌注退热针及口服氯化钙。但发热不退,时高时低.在入院当日突然发生抽搐,反复发作,发作时大小便失禁,约3小时。某院儿科拟中枢神经系统感染,右眼蜂窝织炎收入院.入院后由于 CSF常规符合病毒性脑炎而转入我科.
Case report Zhang × ×, female, 12 years old. Feixi people. On March 8, 1984 into a hospital pediatric transferred to infectious disease department.
