目的:探讨天麻素注射液联合西比灵胶囊治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的血管性头痛患者69例随机分为治疗组与对照组1、对照组2各23例,治疗组用天麻素注射液联合西比灵胶囊治疗,对照组1单用西比灵胶囊治疗,对照组2采用天麻素注射液治疗,3组均14d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛VRS评分、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的VRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间3组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:天麻素注射液联合西比灵胶囊治疗血管性头痛临床疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of gastrodin injection and xibiling capsule in the treatment of vascular headache. Methods: 69 cases of vascular headache admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1, control group 2 each 23 cases, the treatment group with gastrodin injection combined with Sibelium capsule treatment, control group 1 with only West Biling capsule treatment, control group 2 with gastrodin injection treatment, 3 groups were 14d for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment of clinical efficacy and VRS score before and after treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The VRS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Gastrodin injection combined with Sibelium capsule in the treatment of vascular headache clinical curative effect.
