近几年来,我国炭黑行业不少厂家生产经营越来越不景气,而在河南省范县,濮阳市光璞石化有限责任公司,1998年,这个公司的炭黑产量、质量、产值、利税、产销率、货款回收率等主要经济指标,均居全国同行业首位,共创产值3010万元,利税276万元。今年发展势头更加强劲。上半年已完成产值1800万元、创利税268万元,分别占年计划的52％和77％,比去年同期增长16.6％和79％,在炭黑行业,在濮阳全市,都令人刮目相看。 这新的飞跃、新的业绩、新的局面,是怎样开创出来的呢?
