他是北京汽车工业的缔造者之一,亦是中国汽车工业的重要领导之一。尽管经过两次中风的打击,他对于自己的汽车人生,对于北京汽车工业,对于中国汽车的未来,依然思路清晰。本期口述历史,我们为你讲述冯克老先生鲜为人知的个人经历和汽车生涯。1922年1月3日,冯克在山东省德州市乐陵出生。16岁,他和几个同学响应共产党的号召,徒步3个月到延安。1938年12月加入中国共产党。1940年1月1日,他被分配到山东鲁西地区党委民运部搞青年工作,1948年任巨野县县委书记。全国解放后,冯克被调往中共中央华北局。1954年,冯克作为中央支援工业的干部,出任北京第一汽车附件厂党委书记。1958年,北京第一汽车附件厂更名为北京汽车制造厂。文革期间,他被打倒,后期重新出山掌管工厂的生产工作。1975年邓小平同志主持工作后,冯克被调往浙江,任省革委会副主任、省委常委,他先负责组织工作,后主管全省工业。4年后,冯克回到北京,任国家机械工业委员会副秘书长,筹建中汽总公司。1982年中汽总公司成立后,他任副总经理。1985年退休。现为中国汽车工业咨询委员会主任。作为德高望重的汽车老人,2007年初一汽老同志在北京聚会,他是惟一一位非一汽出身却参加活动的汽车人。而今年春节期间,刚刚成为北京汽车工业新掌门的徐和谊亦登门拜访这位老人。在此,我们一并感谢冯克夫人王春玲女士对本次采访的大力支持。从解放战争至今,她一直与冯老相濡以沫,其情其景,令人感佩。
He is one of the founders of Beijing’s automobile industry and one of the key leaders in China’s automobile industry. Despite the two stroke strikes, he still has clear ideas about his automobile life, Beijing’s auto industry and the future of China’s automobile industry. January 3, 1922, Feng Ke was born in Laoling, Dezhou, Shandong Province. 16 years old, he and several students responded to the call of the Communist Party, walked to Yan’an for 3 months. In December 1938 joined the Chinese Communist Party. January 1, 1940, he was assigned to the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Ministry of civil affairs engage in youth work, 1948 Renyu County county party secretary. After the liberation of the country, Feng Ke was transferred to the North Central Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. In 1954, Feng Ke as a cadre of central support industry, as Beijing First Automobile annex factory party secretary. In 1958, Beijing First Automobile Accessories Factory changed its name to Beijing Automobile Factory. During the Cultural Revolution, he was beaten down and later re-run the factory production. After Comrade Deng Xiaoping presided over the work in 1975, Feng Ke was transferred to Zhejiang Province, where he served as the deputy director of the Provincial Revolutionary Committee and a member of the Provincial Party Committee. He was responsible for organizing the work first and then supervising the entire province’s industry. Four years later, Feng Ke returned to Beijing, served as deputy secretary general of the State Machinery Industry Commission, the preparation of the company’s head office. After the establishment of FAW Corporation in 1982, he served as deputy general manager. Retired in 1985. Now China Automotive Industry Advisory Committee. As a highly respected car owner, FAW veteran party in Beijing in early 2007, he is the only non-FAW participated in the activities of the car was involved. During the Spring Festival this year, Xu Heyi, who has just become the new head of Beijing’s automobile industry, also paid a visit to the elderly.
