目的探讨女性性服务工作者群体的焦虑情绪现状及其影响因素。方法采用自编一般情况问卷、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表及应付方式问卷等测量工具对211名女性性服务工作者进行调查分析。结果 (1)211名女性性服务工作者焦虑症状检出率为61.11%(129人),提示该人群普遍存在焦虑情绪;(2)SAS得分差异分析显示:经济状况高低与有无感染泌尿生殖系统感染症状维度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)Logistic回归分析提示:有泌尿生殖系统感染症状和运用幻想的应对方式是焦虑情绪出现的危险因素;经济水平高、有良好的社会支持、采用合理化和自责的应对方式是焦虑情绪的保护因素。结论女性性服务工作者情绪状况不容乐观,应参考相关影响因素采取综合措施改善该人群的身心现状。
Objective To explore the status of anxiety in female sex workers and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 211 female sex workers were surveyed using self-compiled questionnaires of general conditions, self-rating anxiety scale, social support rating scale and coping style questionnaire. Results (1) The prevalence of anxiety symptoms in 211 female sex workers was 61.11% (129), suggesting that there was a prevalence of anxiety in this population. (2) SAS score analysis showed that the economic status and the presence or absence of infection genitourinary (3) Logistic regression analysis indicated that the symptoms of genitourinary tract infection and the way of using fantasy were the risk factors of anxiety; the economic level was high and there was a good Of social support, the use of rationalization and self-blame coping style is the protective factor of anxiety. Conclusion Female sex workers’ emotional status is not optimistic. Comprehensive measures should be taken with reference to relevant factors to improve their physical and psychological status quo.
