目的：结合我军医院船在“环太平洋军事演习-2014”过程中与美军“仁慈号”医院船（T-AH19）联合卫勤演练的经验，将训练评估机制引入医院船卫勤演练之中。方法在2014年7月24日与美军联合演练中，在医院船演习团队中设立专家评审小组，对演练过程进行现场评估和演练后点评。结果部分医疗细节方面存在的问题得以发现，参演医务人员对这种形式给予较高评价。结论将训练评估引入医院船卫勤演练，可以弥补以往演练中对医疗专业关注不足的缺陷，更加有利于对医务人员的培训与锻炼。“,”Objective To evaluate the medical service training of a hospital-ship, according to the experience of a combined medical service training by our hospital-ship from“Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC)-2014”with the American hospital-ship Mercy T-AH19. Methods During the united medical service training with Mercy on 24th July, an expert evaluation team was established from hospital-ship training to assess the training in site and give comments after training. Results During training, some problems in medical service were found in detailed, which was praised by medical staffs on the hospital ship. Conclusion The application of training evaluation in medical servicer training of a hospital ship can improve a defect due to less attention to medical serivce, and it’s better for training of medical staffs.
