目的评价分析2002-2009年河北省世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目实施8年的效果。方法根据全省结核病报表和考评资料,分析结核病人发现及治疗管理效果。结果项目实施期间,共发现涂阳病人204 063例,涂阳肺结核病人的登记率由17.22/10万上升到38.99/10万,初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率由82.6%上升到96.8%。结论项目实施取得了显著成效,达到高发现率和治愈率的目标,促进了全省结核病控制工作可持续发展。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of implementing the 8-year TB control project of World Bank Loan in Hebei Province / UK grant in 2002-2009. Methods According to the province’s tuberculosis report and assessment data, analyze the tuberculosis patient discovery and treatment management effect. Results During the implementation of the project, a total of 204 063 smear-positive patients were found. The registration rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients increased from 17.22 / 100000 to 38.99 / 100000. The cure rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients increased from 82.6% to 96.8%. Conclusion The implementation of the project has achieved remarkable results, reaching the goal of high detection rate and cure rate, and promoted the sustainable development of TB control in the province.
