学校体育课程资源在创新和开发过程中,应结合本校的地域特色、气候差异、学生特点,开发具有民族特色的、喜闻乐见的、易于开展实施的体育项目。本文对健身气功、毽球、太极扇、抖空竹等民族传统体育项目进行介绍,结合师范学院学生特点对其融入师范院校公共体育内容的可行性进行分析,建议在原有体育课程内容的基础上,引入民族传统体育项目,传承体育文化,丰富体育与健康课程的内容,实现民族传统体育与现代体育的融合。
In the course of innovation and development, the resources of school PE curriculum should be based on the geographical features, climatic differences and characteristics of students in our school, and develop sports programs with national characteristics, which are loved, easy to implement.
