6月30日中午,本刊编辑部收到了一个包裹,包裹中有一封信和一本名为《消防一兵》的书。迅速浏览《消防一兵》后发现,该书竟出自一位现已83岁高龄的老人之手。书中以自传的形式讲述了作者与消防相伴的一生,以及他30年如一日见证新中国消防事业发展历程的故事。该书作者崔长耕,江苏人,1950年参加土地改革,曾任村财干、乡文书、副乡长等职务;1956年起,历任县法院书记员、乡党委秘书、公社公安特派员,后一直从事消防工作直至退休。他是一位具有鲜活时代特色的基层干部。翻开
